Recurrent Parotid tumor Defect after excision of tumors Neck dissection Parotid gland bed  ALT flap after inset 49 year old female suffered recurrent parotid tumor and developed a satellite lesion . She  came to India in search of treatment . Here Onco surgeon excised the entire tumor and satellite nodule with clear margins and ALT free flap was used for reconstruction. Free ALT flap was anastomosed to facial artery and branch of IJV. Drains were placed in anterior neck and post triangle. Previous surgery scar Old failed repair site After debridement of repair site   After repair wit reversed saphenous vein graft 14 year old boy suffered bullet injury during celebratory firing . He suffered subclavian artery injury, he under went emergency artery repair which failed in due course of time.  Subclavian artery repair done by reverse saphenous vein graft.
