hand dangling from skin tag hand with s viable hand at day 5 7 year old presents sharp cut injury to hand which lead to severe vessels , nerve ,tendons and bone. Immediately patient was planned for surgery both radial and ulnar artery were repaired after stabilization with K wire .  Next day patient was re explored and proximal row carpectomy done, hand fixed with two K wire radial snuff box artery was patent and ulnar artery was taken down end to end anastomosis was done. All flexor tendon were repaired and both nerve were repaired. All extensor tendon were repaired. Patient was shifted to ICU for monitoring . Sole is a weight bearing skin of body, it has to be sensate , durable and has to be absorb shock to great extent.  40 year old male patient with traumatic wound , which was skin grafted .
