14 year old boy suffered bullet injury during celebratory firing . He suffered subclavian artery injury, he under went emergency artery repair which failed in due course of time. 
Subclavian artery repair done by reverse saphenous vein graft.
Boy got injured by bullet injury and repair was done which failed. After surgery pulse returned in patients operated arm.
