32 year old lady felt a lump while breast feeding her child and sought consultation was thought to be benign . But the lump kept growing eventually forced her to sought consultation. Diagnosed to be cancer with lymph node spread . She under went 7 cycle of chemotherapy and responded well. She was planned for surgery and reconstruction was also planned .
MRM with axillary node dissection was done , DIEP flap was raised and was to reconstruct breast . Flap vessels were anastomosed with internal mammary vessels. flap insetted .
